I WANT TO CONVERT MY LOFT, WHERE DO I START?

Step 1

Speak to the architects to discuss possible options, layouts and designs for your project.

Step 3

Plans and drawings should be submitted to the local council for works outside permitted development or to building control for permitted development.

Step 5

At this stage, you can now enquire about a quotation with Ella Rose Building Services.

Step 2

Now you have your plans, employ the services of our structural engineer to design the structural elements of your project requires. 

Step 4

You will need a party wall surveyor to write up the necessary party wall agreements with your neighbours.

Step 6

Upon approval from the local council and with party wall agreements in place, you can commence building works.
